Fun and Friends Allowah!
Fun and Friends is an Allowah program designed to support young people 18 years and under engaging in fun and social activities. Through purposeful play, children are encouraged to explore and play while they take part in exciting activities aligned with the weekly theme.
Children will be supported by Allowah staff to make choices, participate socially with others, develop communication skills, and enjoy their time at Allowah!
This program runs on a Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
What kinds of activities are on offer?
Fun and Friends offers a wide variety of activities including: art and craft, sensory, music, movement, games, story time, and science. Each week will have a new selection of activities relating to the theme of the week.
Please be advised that we require at least 48 hours of notice for non-attendance. This is to be emailed through to admin@allowah.org.au or call on (02) 8877 3400 between 9am and 5pm and leave a message.
Each child attending Allowah’s programs must have a current Service Agreement and Client Profile at Allowah. This information must be collected before commencing the program to ensure we can deliver the best possible care for your child. Please get in contact with Allowah to update your information.
Allowah is open for respite services for young people over the age of 18 during weekends. Our respite services include recreation activities for people staying at Allowah. Please get in touch with Programme Coordinator Mairi, mairi.armour@allowah.org.au, to explore Allowah’s program options.
