Allowah Presbyterian Children’s Hospital is part of Jericho Road. Jericho Road’s purpose is to work with and for the Presbyterian Church in NSW to demonstrate the character of God by providing fresh hope and care for those who are in need, in a way that seeks justice, shows mercy, and makes Jesus known.

The organisational structure of the Hospital has been designed to support excellence in Clinical Governance. The structure has clear reporting lines and ensures all clinical and non-clinical areas of the Hospital are represented in safety and quality committees.

There is a governance committee of the Hospital, and then Allowah has four key committees: the Medical Advisory Committee, the Leadership & Management Committee, the Ethics Committee and the Consumer Partnership Committee. Two of these Committees have sub-Committees for particular purposes, some of which are called Task Forces to indicate their active nature.
